added 2lb lower
with the addition of 2lb lower, ported t/b and plenum car made 488hp 479tq.
Previous numbers with a steggy ported eaton, 2.80 pulley.bassani cat-back were 460hp, i am happy with 488hp, but thinking about adding either upr o/r or catted x-pipes, wondering if it should be ok without having to retune the car? i think i should see maybe 5-10 rwhp with these and thus no need to retune, does anybody second this? |

anytime you change the mid pipe or headers your suppose to get it retuned if you have a custom tune

You won't need a re-tune with just a mid pipe, but you will see very good gains because you are boosted and the more flow you can get the better, so where as a N/A car will get 5, I would not be surprised to see you get 10 with the right one.

Nice
I'm thinking seriously about doing a 2# lower and a smaller upper (2.93 currently) to get a little more out of the ole girl to tide me over until I can get a 2.6 KB.
