03/04 and 99-01 mid pipe

are the termi and the 99-01 factory mid pipes the same or not? i need a factory catted mid pipe for my 01 for smog testing and have found an 03 for a pretty good deal but just wanted to make sure it will bolt up ok

The cat position is a little different as is the 02 sensor location. get a 99-01 gt mid pipe and you will be good to go.

well like stated above i found good deal on an 03 cobra mid pipe. but you dont think this will work?

Yea it will work but the 02's are in a different spot and I am not sure if your 02 wires will be long enough.

Actually the 04s are the ones which require 02 ext, you should be good to go with an 03 mid-pipe.
