waranty svc adjuster being a d...head

my car is in need of front suspension bushings, alignment and few other minorities, had car for 2 months, had problem since day one, every time i go in reverse, turn wheels any direction or go over a speed bump you can hear this annoying clunk, and like if something is loose, i had a shop ck the car out and he didn't find anythng other then the front bushings and the alignment is off, I understand they don't cover the alignment (which the inside of passenger tire is worn out and car pulls to right) just got off the phone with the adjuster and said that they don't cover the bushings because it was an issue since day one, this is what i get for being honest..i payed 1500 for this extended warranty and now they don't want to do their part. What can i do?

I usually say NO to extended warranty, especially if your going to mod your car because you always add things that will void the warranty. Im in the same boat but with the engine, its just the pre-owned warranty which was free and came with the purchase of the car but still... sucks.

Why would the service department help you? Take your issues up with the folks you bought it from. If they don't help you out start acting like an asshole in the showroom. That usually changes their minds.

raise all sorts of hell, tell them if they dont honor the warranty that you want your money back for it, and your contacting a law as soon as you get off the phone, and tell them if there was a problem when you bought the car and werent informed that you will get in contact with your lawyer, and have them take the car back thru the lemon law

Sorry to hear man.....

I cant believe they would do that..... I'd raise some hell and if they still wont do anything start asking for higher ups. Someone with a brain that cares might help you if you keep escalating.

One thing to scare them is ask for all refusals in writing. Have the manager sign as well in case they 'can' the dude before it goes anywhere. Also ask for their diagnosis in writing signed and dated.

Just getting the ammo together usually is enough to get your problem fixed. They are banking on you not being persistent. Show them you mean business.

Good luck.
