First run....Stock axles were not happy.....Steppin up to 31 spline...Stayed up until 3:00 am to get my car and my friends 99 cobra ready...did some stud installs and spacer for the skinnies up front.....Good day for him....not so good for me.

He ran a 12.7 at 108......
99 cobra
mid pipe
catback
cold air
Solid swap with 3.27's
slicks
full weight

Very impressed with his car.

naah he must have just had a bad axel... i have been running stock axels and they are fine. i know guys running 10.50's pullin the wheels over a foot in the air with stock axels for years with no problems.. they are kinda like a t5 its hit or miss.

Custom cam was in the works but I wanted to go all out and could not afford to do it all. Would of had to get billet timing chain,new springs, change to stud mount on the heads. Didnt have that much money....I will wait until I go aluminum ............

I have the 4.30's still waiting....perfect time to put them in now that the axles broke.....Will be going 31 spline and installing the 4.30's

I already added 24lb injectors with matching meter,ported the lower, 1.7 rockers and changed over to dynomax bullets

Hoping to see 11.7's

Need to make some extra doh to get the 31 spline.....

dam dude how much did you end up droppin on the rockers? i was thinking of doin some roller rocker but im not sure if it makes much of a difference, and where did you get your lower ported?
