Velvet Leopard Newbie Join Date: Dec 2006 Posts: 27	On mine, I had to buy this nifty kerosene-like pump that had a small electric motor on it. You stick the tube all the way down to the lowest point in the resavior and you turn it on. It pumps the fluid out the out-put tube into a bucket or catch pan. Why would you want to put ATF in your power steering pump anyways???

Velvet Leopard Newbie Join Date: Dec 2006 Posts: 27	Oh. I never heard that. So if you replace your P/S fluid with ATF it is supposedly able to give better performance? If this is true, I will do it too. LOL

terribleonexx88 Enthusiast Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: new england Posts: 811	not better thats with ford p/s pumps are suppose to use, i saw it in a post not to long ago on here about the atf and i double checked in my haynes manual and it says to use atf __________________ 85 4 banger stanger, it likes to sneeze alot when i hit the gas
