The easiest way would be to find another seat and weld some subframe connectors under the car that have the crossbrace that supports the seats.

yeah i think im just going to get new seats for it. i cant really drive it the way it is now with out putting down the rear driver side seat to push up on it. so since the interior is fully black im going to put in 94-04 Black leather seats in it.

what I did was just got a junk seat out of the junk yard and pulled it apart and just used the back seat pan and put my foam and seat cover on it the worst part of the whole job was popping the clips to pull the head rest

If you remove the rear seat cover and foam from the frame, you will see where the frame has broken and seperated at the spot welds. it's easy to fix the seat frame with a little straightening and welding

twist 2 go is right. take off your seat cover and from the back youll see the airbag. you need to push the passenger side of the seat back into place. then reweld the spot welds, next I would run a bead along the seam were the two sheets meet. I have done this three times with one seat because I diddent weld it thouroughly, the more welds the better! Also stuff a bunch of wet rags between the foam and the seat metal. The foam in the seats goes up like paper.
