paint them?
Picked up a brand new set of gt40s today, they have never been installed or ran. Should I paint them with an anti rust high temp paint for protection ?

i would just paint them with black high heat engine enamal.

i painted my heads with regular blue paint about 5 coats and they have never flaked the motor doesnt get hot enough to need a high temp paint. headers are different

You should have them air brushed with a nice south American scene. Maybe a Incan warrior caring a half naked princess or something.

that looks so bland... ill stick to my 1977 ltd blue. this is with gt40p top end too and stock fuel system

^ that looks more like smurf blue then ford blue. ford blue is alot darker then that
