boss 302 block ?'s


I have an old standard bore ready to go Boss 302 block, i want know if all regular small block ford heads would bolt right on, i know the bosses had cleavland heads originally, sorry if this is a stupid question, but help would be appriciated. btw im using this block becuz i have it already and im planning on making more than 500 horsepower and my little stock 302 block would shread itself to peices.

If it is a real boss 302 block, you could sell the block and build a bad 351w with the money. There are people out there that will pay crazy money for a REAL original boss block to go in there boss 302 cars. No way I would use that block.

its a service boss 302 block, the original boss blocks had some kinda cylinder wall problem so they made these blocks so its not worth as much i allready tried to sell. so im just going to use it

check the head studs, dont remember if they used 7/16 or the 1/2 other wise it should just drop right on
