Converting power windows to manual crank

Has anyone done this before? If so, what are the key things that need to be changed? I know the door panels, window crank and handles need to be put in with this conversion. Any other input would be appreciated. This is on a 90 gt stang.

Lighter, and less to brake.

Easiest way I can think of to do it, would be to just trade out the whole door of a car that has manual windows. Then get matching door panels if needed. A junk yard may just let you swap them. Cause really, electric ones are worth more.
