Should be able to do it with a fingernail... Can you hook it with a small screwdriver?

i can get it out a little. should the arm just lift right off after getting out about 1/4 inch? or does the clip need to come all the way out? cause i tried to pull the arm off with the clip pulled out as far as i can get it. but it won't budge.

Easy way for future reference.. Pull and hold the wiper as far from the windshield as it will go, pull out and hold the little clip and bring the wiper back towards the window until it stops (it will stay up off of the windshield when it hits the clip). You can now let go of everything and just pull and wiggle the base and it will pop right off.

i do. but it wasn't really an issue. i was doing it right to begin with. but there's no telling how long those things were on there without being removed. it just took a little convincing to work it loose.
