Dont yank them out. clean with carb cleaner, spray some blaster on em, then tap them out GENTLY, from the ports with a bolt. Or you can yank them and buy new pintle caps.

Yes, they will come out tho. The cleaner the hole for the inj. is the easier it will be.

unplug the wiring harness from the injector, then twist them left and right until they wiggle out. If your injectors are stuck that is gross lol.

here's a trick we used on my turbo coupe to take them out with out damaging the o rings jerking on the injector.... we just grabbed the fuel rail and pulled up to get them all to pop out at the same time then took and old plug wire and pushed it up around the injector, and pull it out using it like a spark plugs...sounds dumb but worked like a charm.

not if your ecu is tuned for it.

if you swap injectors without a tune you chance ruining your rings.

guess i'll just hold on to them for a while then, no use in getting it tuned twice

my car was running an af ratio of 10-1 before my tune with my 24lb injectors and matching pro-m maf, i could imagine the 42s would be alot worse

It will probably start hard and might run a little rich. I wouldn't bother putting them in now because they will offer no benefit with your current combo.

something wrong with what I said?

To my understanding ( and exp.) if you run bigger injectors without a tune your car will run rich. When you run rich you chance harming your rings because the extra fuel is washing off the oil leading to premature failure.
