guages wont work, need help fast.

hey guys, im new here and i just have one question for ya. i have a 1993 ford mustang gt, it was ideling crappy so i went out and bought a new air idle control modual. i swapped it out and then when i go to start my car, it starts right up like always and then everythings fine, but now on my guages the rpm, volt meter for the battery, and the temperature guages dont work. i know that under the steering wheel by all the fuses there is a fuse that runs all of those, and it ws blown, so i just figured that i would replace it. os i do so and it just blows again. so could anyone help my figure out why it keeps on blowing the fuse?

well i have an experianced electrical back round so you probably have to have a short. Maybe you cut a wire and its touching a ground.
