well the diff. and everything is the same if thats what you're asking but as far as axles and stuff i'm not sure if the axles were longer

i looked it up on summit they're not the same, 94-98 have the same part number and 99-04 has a different part number hope that helps.

99-04 are wider , the whole housings will swap to a 94-98 but just sets the wheels closer to the rear quarters , its usually not a problem unless you try to put some 17x10.5s out back
