camaro single muffler

hey, I was wondering about the camaro exaust systems, they seem to only have one muffler, does anybody know why they dont use two? Thanks!

GM makes the crappiest exhaust systems there is. Yes one pipe back to 1 muffler then 2 tips. and they always raddle and fall apart. Just junk

I knwo I dont like it. Ford has by far the best sound. I compare it to a 5.0 or a 4.6 and cameros I just dont like. Thats my opinion

every single ls1 sounds the same imo no matter what 5.0s with an o/r mid pipe and decent mufflers is the best sounding car around!

yeha i love the way mustangs sound compaired to camaros, is chevy just so cheap that they will put a V-8 in a muscle car but a crappy single muffler exaust? It just doesn't make any friggin sence.

Dual mufflers and they sound alright, just not quite like mustangs. My friend has a 02 Z28 and it sounds good, but i think my stock exhaust at the time was better!

since the firebird/trans am are cousin cars of the camaro do they also use the same shitty systems on their muscle cars?
