Darrell may only run 5, but my old roommate has a 7 qt canton with the deeper sump and kick outs its close, but doesnt touch the crank, did some off the car fills, measure how far down the crank would be etc to come to that conclusion

I was reading somewhere that other vehicles w/ the 351w had the oil pan I could use. Is this true? Someone said a bronco pan could be used, is that right??

you can run 5 or 6 in the 7 quart pan just as long as your pickup tube is near enough to the bottom. i am kinda anxious to see your car. do you have any pictures? do you have 2 plate systems on your car? fogger system?

its a pump gas motor.

it went 10.70's breakin up on the second stage, got that fixed, and wow what a difference it is to be able to keep the foot planted the whole time. Now the car is down again, getting a 10pt cage, kirkey seats and manual brake swap and a new cam

242/248 .605/.630

sixty foot was a measly 1.63

I know the car is capable of 1.4x just gotta get it down, learn the car.

Its got a small reverse dish -11cc i believe, I do plan on throwing an 76-88mm on there in the future, when I dont know, built it to run nitrous at first so im gonna work that one out, then when I get bored with the juice ill hang the hair dryer on it.

I was gonna leave the stock seats in, but i decided to go kirkey to try and off set the extra weight of the 10 pt cage thats goin in it as we speak
