The plain old cheap Autolite or Motorcraft copper and you will be fine. Wasn't there a post/thread on this just last week?
What makes the $7-8 plug mentioned above "worth it", worth what? I've seen some really slick marketing and theory but nothing more than that.

yea ive always wondered that also... i just don't see spark plugs making THAT big of a difference. maybe in a 700hp car or something...

no i had one of the maintenance guys come over to my car friday when we had the hood up looking at the motor and this guy says "sounds a little rough, may need to change out your glowrods!"

oh, didn't know know? glowrods are the step up from spark plugs, add like 12 hp for each one you use

stay away from the "super plugs"

stick with the basics, autolite, champion, NGK, denso, you cant go wrong there.
