Intake manifold suggestions


Im looking to get a intake manifold for my 89 5.0. I have a set of performer rpm heads as well does anyone have a intake to recomend geting. looking to spend 400 to 800 dollars. Thanx

my mods are cold air intake,70mm throttle body and mass air flow with long tube bbk headers

i got an edelbrock and i like it

buy a used one and save some money, cant beat trickflow for the $$$$$

holley or edelbrock. what cam are you using? if the rpm range is past like 5500 or 6k get the performer rpm II. If not, get the performer

I've used trickflow on three different cars with all different kinds of setups and they always performed great. Especially for the street where you would use the power. Power adder or mid to top end power i'd go with either the holley systemax 2 or eddy proformer 2. I think the holley out flows it slightly but the eddy gives alittle more torque.

its made for 2 different rpm ranges

the street heat is a good intake I made over 476 rwhp on my turbo car with that intake unported or anything. If you need the power higher in the rpm's go with a track heat but that's a cheap price on a good intake which is why I posted it
