all goes as planned, i'll be throwing down some cash and getting myself a new fox. (cause mine is *sniff* dead)

good thing is that it's bone stock and in really good shape.(i work with the guy and i've looked it over before)

and, i've got a list of bolt on stuff, and a bunch of suspension that i can transfer over from my poor 4 eye.

so if anyone is in the market for a clean straight rolling 86gt, i know where you might be able to find one very soon.

well, the tow truck driver just dropped off the car at my house and before i could even get a word out, he was asking me how much i wanted for the body. so, i may have it sold already.

dig this, he wants to put a carbed 4.6 in it. i thought that was a cool idea.

yeah it's 5 spd.

i've been weighing options. and in my current financial situation. i don't know if i'm going to be able to get it. i could probably make it work. but, it would put a serious strain on me. i work with the guy, so he might work with me a little and let me pay him in a few installments. and, i'm going to try to get rid of everything that i can on mine that i don't want. i'm taking the heads, cam, intake, exhaust, probably the suspension. and i have a guy who wants the body. so, maybe i can get it without too much of a strain on my wallet. i'm not getting my hopes up though.

i'm not sure exactly what i have. all i know is what was on this list of mods i found in the car after i bought it. no specifics. just Edelbrock heads, Lunati cam, and it has a cobra intake. and a laundry list of bolt ons and suspension stuff.

i should know tomorrow what kind of heads i have as i will be tearing it apart in the morning... maybe.

but, i'm going to keep it and put it on this other car, if i get it. it's bone stock.

how many miles on the parts? i would love to take things off your hands. heads aluminum? ever have it dyno tested? do you have rear control arms i could buy off you?

don't know about the miles. the mod list i found in the car said that it was rebuild in 06. but that's just a piece of paper. i don't know how much it was driven in that time period. i do know that someone drive the ever living crap out of it. never had it dynoed cause as long as i've owned it, it's been screwed up. i originally bought it for the body, but kinda let the busted shit fall by the wayside until now. and when i go to get it fixed, it turned out to be a whoe lot more damage than was anticipated. so, i never even drove it faster than 45 mph. and that was only twice.

and yeah, the heads are aluminum. i do have control arms. but i'm pretty sure i'm gonna be keeping all of that to move over to the new car. if i get it.

it had a serious vibration in the drive train when i bought it. that's why i never gave it any gas. there was no point in driving it hard and beating it up even more. believe me, if it wasn't screwed up, i would have driven it much more and in a much more aggressive way.

I find alot of 4banger coupes in really awesome condition.Maybe buy a 4banger the a ugly ass hatch that runs good and do a swap.
