new goodies!
I worked out a good deal with a friend of mine with an 84gt. I pulled his motor and replaced his oil pan seal and rear main and cluctch. Fixed his door handles and gave him my old headlights for his 4eyes to 87 conversion. In returned we swapped exhaust, I gave him my stock headers, bbk hpipe and my slp weld in mufflers for bbk long tubes that are 1''58 primaries i believe and 3 inch collector, bbk hpipe that's 3 inch with magna flow 3 inch mufflers. I also got a 6 horse 60 gallon craftsman compressor! I know the exhaust is a little much for my hci 302 but I'm getting a 347 or 408 with in 3 months and i like alot better than my old exhaust. I never realized how huge 3 inch's is.
![]() ![]() ![]() Do you guys think I have the sizes right? Also do you think a local exhaust shop would have the collector to hpipe gasket |

If it's going to hurt anything it's going to be the low end torque. Take a measuring tape and see how big it is if you have doubts.

ha ha shit my garage was a mess, The 03 i bought brandnew when i was 18 and it now has 31,000 miles on it wich is alot for a sportbike, The 08 went 10.54 at 142 bone stock and only my second time on a bike at track that at 5,400 above sea level and now with gears, power commander, exhaust and race filter its a handful. I'm probably gunna get some head work and a set of cams for it before this summer.
