If you are looking for a 6pt Roll Cauge and do not want the door bars to come down the side of the car (and be there for good), If I am not mistaken Maxmium Motorsports has removeable door bars and I think that they are IHRA & NHRA certified. I would go and check there web site out to make sure.

well you can sit at the light all you want when it turns green, the time doesn't start till you cross the beams and both NHRA and IHRA are 11.49 now not 11.99

Many companies make swing out door bars and they are perfectly legal until you run 8.50 I believe......possibly faster than that.

Thanks for the info I will need a 6pt soon with my new motor. Now I am glad to here that I can go with the swing out door bars and still be legal.
