How much is a 100 shot of nitrous worth?

How much E.T do you typically gain with a 100 shot of nitrous?
If I was running 12.8's last year, will it be enough to get me into the high 11's?

I a m no experienced racer, but I have a 125 on my car. It typically will give u a second or so gain I think modestly I can say that. As long as you hook up.

I have a fuel inj 5.0 1989 manual mustang and is basically stock besides a NOS in the throttle body. It is like adding on another engine..lol its fast.

That depends on a lot of things. traction gearing vehicle weight with driver. I doubt you will hit 11's but you might cuttin it close with a 100 shot.. take your skirt off and put that 150hp jet in!!!

I pull high 1.6 60' times. I wasn't planning on hitting it until after the 60' mark because I still have 28 spline axles.
If everything looks good after a 100 shot, I might jet up to the 150 shot.
I only have hyper pistons so I have to monitor everything VERY closely!!

Close to 1 second as long as the gearing and converter are tight enough.

My daily driver has 16 cylinders and 4400hp @ 1000 rpm....

I only have 4% converter slip so that's really good. I'm guessing I'll increase my trap speed by about 10mph? Sound about right?

Another thing I'm kinda worried about is my RPM's through the traps.
I'm turning 5800 and my cam makes power to 6200-6500. Nitrous is going to push me past that range on the top end...isn't it?

Try it and see where you end up. You will probably be around 6400 rpm and probably around 110 - 112 mph. Your converter should work pretty good.
