Hey as you guys know i've done an engine swap and changed to carb, and i'm looking to hook back up the stock guages without taking the dash apart. Is there an easier way to do this?
And also i need a new speedometer cable, is there an easy way to change this without taking the dash off or can i just take the guage cluster out?

it's been a few years since I have taken a dash that had anything in it out. but I am about 99% sure you can just pull the gage cluster out and do all you wanna do

yea you just take off the cover thats around your gages its 2 bolts on the top by the windsheild then 2 on the bottom by the steering wheel then there are 4 or 6 bolts around your gages and thats pretty much it

yea i took off the guage cluster and there are factory wire harnesses plugged into it which are a bitch to get off but besides for that, to get my stock guages hooked back up, isn't there a way you can tap into the wires for them from the engine compartment. I hate to hack up the factory wires in the dash.
