Ignition Cross Fire

just wondering if ignition crossfire can occur even when the plug wires are brand new?? I'm sure it could happen if the wires were old and worn down. I've also heard that its more common in cylinders that fire in next to each other in the firing order, in my case being number 6 and 5.

the cap is new, new accel dizzy, timing is set at 13*, new walbro 255 lph fuel pump, new fuel filter, new plugs, new MSD 8.5 mm wires, the msd wires were the ones you have to cut to length, and the way i routed them number 6 and 5 were laying on each other all the way back to the head , so i was just wondering if it could cause a cross fire with brand new wires. I re routed the wires this morning before i left for work and they're no longer touching, and it didn't seem to hesitate on the way to work but then again i only live 15 mins away.
