go to a drive in car wash and use there sprayer. most of them has an Engine and Rims cleaning option on the dial but it blows... I use the same pressure to wash my car as my engine bay and rims.
its like a pressure washer but a lil more calmed down

scrub it down with some Gunk and keep water off the electrical stuff and the intake filter

If you wash it with a pressure washer just cover the distributor cap, solenoid and all surrounding wires on the solenoid and then your air filter. OR you can get a few wets towels and wipe everything down individually (which will take 3x longer than just pressure washing it) but you wont have to worry about covering stuff.

mm not so much, and since you still have fuel injection it would take even longer. if you really got after it i think you could get it all painted in a weekend, i also hid my wiring and moved some stuff into the inner fender but i took it slow.
