converting to mass air
I am convereting my 1987 5-speed GT to mass air and I need to know if the computer out of an automatic will work or do I need to look for one out of a manual. I have been searching and all I have found is that it should work but can not find anyone who has done it. Thanks for the help.

If your car is a 5sp I would grab an A9L.

I gotta 88 and its mass air converted and i had a A9L and it took a shit on me so I bought a A9P its for a automatic but it works with the manuals too. I ran into a problem that I was running lean but i boosted my fuel pressure and it seems to be doing fine now.
