Control arms (upper/lower)

I'm at the point where I need a set, is the extra money for adjustable ones worth it? if so, should I look at both adjustable upper and lower? or should I forget adjustable all together? I have a few brand names in mind but please list quality products you have had experience with. Thanks in advance guys

Don't get anything adjustable that you don't know how to properly tune.

That being said, I highly recommend a torque arm or tri-link setup over the stock 4-link configuration.

Want to go OTB style?

UPR double adjustable rears, TRZ Motorsports Double adjustable Uppers...... Those do magical wonders.

Aren't the Southsides hard on torque boxes? I had a set on my 1990 coupe and they were nice but I always wondered about the solid mounts vs urethane????

yes they are... my friend scrapped a coupe because of his ssm bars and mt dr's. The torque boxes were destroyed but it didn't happen all at one time it occured over a bunch of abuse.

I've had the upr chromemoly ones for years now and they are awesome pieces.. same goes with trz stuff I have both them on my turbo car and love them.

i have UPR and they are amazing, as well as a good price..but if u or somone close to u can adjust them then get adjustable uppers and non-adjustable lowers...if not, jus get non-adjustable uppers/lowers like i did..they will still work great..i would only get adjustables if u got serious power and are really serious about cutting every tenth of a second off of ur 1/4 time..

Yeah the adjustable uppers will just help you with your pinion angle if your trying ti squeeze more traction outta your car but you can use the adjust uppers with sold lowers fine
