losing power...

while driving my car today i got on it a few times and it really seemed like ive lost some power, just didn't feel the same, the only thing ive done recently is change my plug wires from 8.5 msds to 9mm ford...

oh man the msd's were shot to shit, one wire was touching the header when i bought it so its totally gone, others were just worn down.

no it actually is running better, its just when i mash down it feels slower.

youve been having charging problems, low amperage going to ignition circuit?

You may just be getting used to the car also.

yeah. if you do mods to your car, it feels fast for a while but once you get used to it it doesnt feel special anymore

ok i just got back from driving my kids to school and same thing, i mashed down in second and it feels like it is hesitating, i don't think wires could be doing this but i don't know any ideas?
