Cam choice

I have a 302 with windsor jr heads, e-303 cam, edelbrock performer intake, 70mm TB, 73mm C+L mass meter. I am building a new short block for it. Pretty much stock internals with forged pistons bored .040. I plan on having the heads shaved to get around 10:1 compression. My question is what cam would you guys use with this combo. The e-cam feels good but i know there are better options out there. I put this cam in the car about 8 yrs ago.

A custom grind would be your best bet

What about an off the shelf cam. I'm on a budget.

I run the z-303 but I think the x-303 might be good for you

I keep hearing the letter cams are outdated. I'm trying to find a cam that will add the most power for my combination. I think the e-cam is a little small. I was looking the tfs stage 1 but it seems a little small also. The stage two seems too big. I'm trying to find a dual pattern. I don't mind a little loss in driveability this is my play car. I do drive it long distances though.

Either one of the Trick Flow cams you mentioned will work good.
