Pulled the motor and it wasnt pretty
Pulled my motor out of my 88 since i locked it up and the motor told an interesting story when i tore it apart. The valve snapped and got stuck inside of my piston. so my piston had a big ass hole in it and in turn the motor locked up. I drained the oil and for about the first 45 second of letting it drain the only thing that came out was pure antifreeze. My dad always told me if your going to do something do it right, and i think i accomplished that on this motor.

i don't know the exact answer to that question but my guess would be gettin on it or over revving it.

no shit, my friend floated a valve like 2 months ago spraying 100 shot on stock heads and springs with a E cam

funny part is he was runnin like 13.7s with 75 shot and 3.73s/boltons ![]() he got some afr 165s now though and is breakin 12s so i dont laugh at him nomo

i did a 13.52 with just a cam and 4:10's so a 13.70 is nothing to be proud of when our using the bottle.

Is this a trick question?
There are so many variables its not funny...how often did you beat on the car? What mods did you have? Did you perform the preventative maintenance regularly? When did you buy the car...the former owner could have beat the shit out of the car. I can have about a million more questions but you get the idea |
