Any benefits to an Intake Mani spacer??

I have one sean gave me sittin in the shed we're gona throw on today cuz we got some free bolts long enough, so far all ive read is it keeps down heat transfer between the upper and lower and helps clear tall valve covers, im assuming this is about it right? i think its a half inch spacer

u think it may hurt your low end power? raising the intake will make the time the air has to reach the chambers longer so.... maybe lose a few hp and bottom end and gain a few at top?

when i put the new 65mm throttle body on from summit the vent tube put a dent in my hood.

i would check the clearance before you slam the hood down.

i was about to say this. i've got a one incher on mine and without a cowl hood, it would definitely be all up in da hood... fo shizz.

at least looking at it from the side it looks like it would. it sticks up quite a bit. well, it used to. now it's on my garage floor with about elevnteen other things that i had to removify.
