engine build

i am currently building a 302...i am planning on going with a b303 cam and afr 165cc cylinder heads. i was debating on what type of intake to buy, but i am strongly leaning towards the BBK-5002 (http://static.summitracing.com/globa...e/bbk-5001.jpg)...does anyone have a comment or a better suggestion to the type of intake?

i cant see the image but i do see the letters BBK. If it is cold air intake, go for it, stay away from BBK intake manifolds though. i hear they are shit.

cool, hope you get what you are looking for. I have no experience with the BBK but i have heard that people do not like them and i personally just dont like the design.

But trick flow and holley are awesome.

BBK has a comparison on their web site, you should read it. I am probably going to get that intake manifold also. It looks sick:-)

With your 165s and mild engine build that bbk intake should be fine. Everyone here is gonna tell you you need some race-only intake, but if you are running a smaller runner head youll still enjoy the low end torque the bbk provides.

If I am planning on doing a Vortech Supercharger also in the near future is the bbk not a great idea then currently I have mac headers, H-pipe, & exhaust now. When/if i do the bbk I am planning on paring it w their 75mm or 80mm throttle body and fuel pressure regulator too. All the help is much appreciated, thank you

im not a fan of any of the ford racing camshafts or the BBK Intake but that is a very good head choice for just a 302 build. The trick flow street intake is very nice or the edelbrock performer intakes.
