Thats too much to mill off your heads, your looking at 6-7cc reduction. prolly .060-.070 to shave off em. If you decked the xtra .020 off the block, then milled the heads .030, you might get close.

you may have to cut the valve reliefs a little for the 2.02 valves but you can do it without disassembling your engine. a better intake like a edelbrock torker or weiand x celerator but you should use thinner head gaskets and or mill the cylinder heads til
you get around 9.5 to 1 and get more agressive cam for good results.
