Could it be the EGR??

i've had an issue with my car for a while running rough. Sputtering bad at crusing speeds. But for the most part the car runs strong at wide open throttle, sometimes it'll seem like its flooded out then take off once it gets past 3000 rpms. So far i've put all the following...255 lph walbro pump, new fuel filter, accell distributor, new plugs,8.5mm MSD wires, msd blaster coil, new igntion module, new tfi module and new harmonic balancer. the car only seems to really miss or sputter at crusing speeds but when i push in the clutch and rev it up about 95% of the time it'll rev up fast with no problems, occasionally it'll rev slow. I'm not sure what else could be causing it.

Probably not a weak fuel pump. If the pump was not putting out enough, it would starve for fuel at higher RPM...

You said you replaced the plugs.. what did the old ones look like? All the same? Was one or two dirtier than the others? Check the plugs in it now. I had a similar problem with my old truck.. just cruising it would backfire and pop, but when I held it to the floor it would run perfect. Turns out one of the plugs was fouled with oil-ash deposits. I cleaned that plug and it ran fine afterwards.

could be a bad coil. not putting out enough juice at lower rpms. Or wires. Or plugs.

Definatly not a fuel problem

i went through and fixed all the vacuum leaks all around the same time, found a huge one whoever had the car before me apparently took the throttle body off and put no gasket or anything back on it. but i'll check the hoses again to make sure.
