aftermarket gauges

are they a pain to hookup, thinking about a larger tac, fuel/air ratio and maybe fuel pressure, and voltage

tach is not hard. air/fuel isnt either except you have to weld a bung in your exhaust for the 02 sensor (if your doing wide band). fuel pressure is easy too. buy mechanical gauges at all cost. alot more reliable and easier to hookup.

mechanical ftw. I've had THREE elec senders go out on my autometer elec water temp.

I have an autometer voltage and narrow band gauge if you want them. 5 bucks plus shipping and their all yours.

I run mech oil pressure in the car. Just be generous with the Teflon tape and all is good lol. But I have seen cars with oil all over it from leaky ones.

oil pressure is just fine, i dont know where you got the idea it wasnt? although fuel pressure is not. thats why they make the fuel to antifreeze pressure senders, so you can have fp inside the car

If your going to run mechanical fp gauge in the car make sure you use the isolator kit so it's safe. Don't do a air fuel gauge there junk just do it right the first time and get a wideband
