What can cause this???

ill try and make this short and to the point, i keep fouling #7 plug. the oil pump shaft broke early in the year and a drove it for a few km's beofre i shut it down. i have 120 psi compression on the cly, spark and fuel. i tore the intake off and the heads off because i am upgrading. when i i tore the head off the gasket has fine and the top of the piston is covered with wet gunk (not coolant from taking the head off) and the valves to.

heres some pictures

Could be a bad piston ring thats getting oil blow by, or the valve guide could be going. If you are up for it, take the piston out and check the rings.
