PCV Valve???

Lastnight at the track I kept blowing it out of the block. Any way to keep this from happening?

Well there is a lip on that gommet and I would try wrapping some tape around it. The grommet on mine is loose but I dont race it so it usually stays put. I am going to try the duct tape on mine soon though.
I just bought a new grommet, PCV valve and the hose that goes to the intake manifold and it is still loose

If it's blowing it out, you either need a new grommet and/or pcv and grommet.

When you shake it does the check valve inside move freely?

Take the grommet out and clean any oil from the intake hole and the grommet. Put a thin layer of black RTV on the outside of the grommet and put it back in the manifold and let it cure. That's worked for me in the past. I've put a few turns of electrical tape around the PCV and shoved it in and that worked but one time the tape came loose and started to suck up into the PCV. I won't do that again.

+1, and maybe you need more ventilation. Are you running that line from your oil fill tube to your TB?

Thanks for the quick bit of info. I was wondering if anyone else was having the problem.

i know you dont want to hear it, but its also possible that you may have some water mixed in with your oil. that makes steam. steam make ALOT of pressure. Probably not whats actually going on, but its still a possibility
