How to tell if I have a WC T5 or STD T5
I have my tranny out to rebuild it and I found 2 different #'s stamped on it. Theres a # stamped on the side of the shifter housing it is 13-52-066-93 the is a 9 also after the 93 but it is stamped differnt than the rest of those #'s. There is also a metal tag that is held on by a bolt in the casing that has a # stamped on it .It is 13-52-208-20170 B0622 So I dont know what all these mean but hopefully one of you do. The rebuild kit I bought is for a WC T5. The guy I bought the car from said that is what is in it but he told me alot of other things to that turns out wasn't true so I cant trust his word. I hope if its not a WC T5 that this WC kit will still work because I got it off ebay and cant return it.

UR TRANNY
WELL, IF IT WAS THE STOCK TRANNY, THE TYPE IS INSIDE UR DOOR SILL. ALONG WITH THE PAINT CODE AND WHEEL SIZE, ETC. IT WILL SAY T-5 OR T-45. IT'S THE SAME. MOST THINGS YOU BUT FOR A T-5 WILL WORK FOR A T-45.
