Bad heads?

I have a disturbing noise coming from either my smog pump or my passanger side head. This is what I have done. I'm removing the smog pump and replacing with a smaller belt, but somethings wrong. Im losing a small to medium amount of power on that side of the motor. It sounds like its "rattling" when I'm going down the highway (like thin washers mixing together). I say I'm losing power only because when im putting more pedal into the floor it slowley gets up to speed now, when before it would immediatley get going. She seems kinda sluggish and loud, but not like a knocking but more like a spun bearing. Could it be the heads? I never replaced them and I dont know what bad heads sound or feel like.

Help yo"
hahaha

You need to first go read how the internal combustion motor works then re-post.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!! The Evil "head Gasket"! But the car never overheats and the water pump is new and doesnt lose any coolant. I wish that motors in mustangs were all crate and we put things on them instead of having to remove to get more hp.

YAHOO!!!!! I just went to the local oil change guys and they changed the oil and no milkshake! And for the noise on the side of the engine the noise is coming from a failing smog pump. The loss of power was due to one of the guys I work with. He has an old nova that is a real POS and wants to race on a daily basis. My hood was up during the day in the back of the shop and he popped off one plug wires and just set it over the plug so I didn't notice.

It's like a tank if the right side losses power it turns right, the left side and so on

If your car pulls to the right the right bank is low or lossing power
