GT40P heads and Cobra intake questions.

I am putting together a setup for my Notch. I have a buddy with some GT40p's and a Cobra lower that I can get for dirt cheap. I was thinking of buying a Cobra upper and some sort of cam to go with this setup. Will the GT40p's work with my BBK shorties or will I need to get new headers? What sort of cam should I get for this? I was just planning on buying an H/C/I setup Trickflow or something similar but if I can put something together for cheap I will.
