interior duplicolor carpet

has anyone used the duplicolor fabric vinyl paint on there carpet? i was wondering how it turned out. I would rather not buy a new carpet and headliner if i dont have to. I am making my red interior black. Also, i noticed a pic on line of a foxbody with a 95 style dash? what you guys think of that? has anyone tried it?. Also what kinds of seats should i drop in there. right now i got cheap racing seats, looking for better quality, even stock used ones would be nice. and im also looking for a rear seat. all for an 88 fox

dude, molded carpet is only $100, that paint is like $8 a can, you going to use at least 3-4 cans so thats like $32 just spend the money and get carpet, you will not be disappointed
