So...so confused

I finally am sending my gt40 heads out to the machine shop. I need to know a good spring kit to run on these heads, what kind of valve seals should I run "if I even need new ones" or if anything else needs to be addressed. Im trying not to sink a bunch of cash into these heads. There are so many damn options out there, its made me really confused. Ohh and one more thing that has even confused me more, I'v been told I need to run a seat pressure of atleast 130lbs on my cam COMP CamsŪ - Cam Details
Some one please help

If you do the job correctly you are going to have cash stuck in the heads. At minimum the heads will need to be surfaced, valve job, valve springs, seals, retainers and locks. There might be some bad valve guides and valves too. I'd make sure the machine shop checks all of the valves and guides closely so you don't run into problems down the road.

thanks for the input guys, I forgot to ask, Double valve springs require more machine work correct? The valve spring outer diameter for these heads is 1.40in??? and the valve seals are .500in diameter in the shoulder?
