need some input 89 gt 5.0

Ok here is the thing i just bought my first 5.0. And the guy I bought it from said it had issues. Well let me get to the point. It smells like it burnning rich and idels up and down some times turns off when i sit at an idle. I have replaced the idle air control,tps,. the egr does not have a vac line hooked up to it and i dont know if that has aything to do with it. Also the car has rear disk breaks. I changed out the calipers and roaters new and they do not work at all.

Oxygen sensors for the idle?

Did you bleed the brakes when you changed everything?

The ideling up and down might be a resolt of a vaccum leak somewere, or a bad egr valve or its components. Do the front brakes work?

he said that the egr was missing a vac line. if the line is off then it is safe to say its leaking. as for the brakes it sounds like you need a new proportioning valve. good luck buddy
