Will this kill my battery?

Every fuse i try and tap into to get power to my temp gauge leaves the gauge needle pointing to a temp like its on even when the keys not in, will this kill my battery? or does anyone know the correct fuse to tap into? thankssss

i wanna say 11 is the radio? should say on the back of your plate, you want a fuse that is only on when the ignition is on otherwise it will be a constant draw on your battery+no good

Mine is Mechanical, and the Radio does turn on randomly when the key is in the ignition.... I have to fix it some how, but i dunno whats up.

Btw 93 Hatch that looks sweet, nicely done, what temp does your Stang run at when it gets warmed up?

Gotya, well it looks great, 175 eh? Im just asking b/c my car is running warm, i got a new 180 * Thermi but i didnt put it in yet. My car was running warm at upto 200 after a whole, but once the fans kick on at 200 it decreases the temp to 180 in seconds, so im going to put in this new Thermi b/c its only like $10, But im trying to think of how i can fix that, With them being aftermarket fans, im starting to wonder if i can change them to "click" on at say 180 or so so that i can keep it a lot cooler. Def. dont want to take it out and have it run near 200 at all....

200 isnt high dude its normal, and my car runs cool cuz of a 3 core aluminum radiator and taurus fan, buy my fans on low and i have underdrive pulleys so if i ever wire the dam thing right to run on high it should run perfect in our 100+ degree summers

Really? It just worries me, i dont want to fry anything, the guy put the MDS ignition box in the engine bay and a 200 * i dont want that thing getting cooked, i hear their leading prob. for failure is over heating so ill prob. move that.

But ya think im ok? What temp should i start to get worried at, or am i pritty good upto? Thanks for the help, sorry to hijack the thread
