Super complex problem Need some experts to help

Ok so i've had this problem with my car for over 6 months where it's like it has two modes. When it's cold or partialy warmed up it runs perfect. When it warm it runs like shit. Just ideling it will be intake backfireing, won't idle higher than like 600 rpm, with abrupt throttle changes it'll pop and surge and take off, While driving it runs fine but if i lift off the gas it'll just obnoxiously pop out the exhaust like an old dump truck or some shit. I thought it was cause I had a cam and was speed density so I converted to mass air and it didn't change a bit. I've tried 3 tps's, 2 coils,2 bap sensor, 1 map sensor, new wires, cap and rotor, new walboro fuel pump, used fpr that I bought from e3sean and i have a pretty new tfi. It seem like it would be timing but I've double and tripple checked it. There has to be something that can be affected by heat that can affect timing. The only thing I can think is my tfi. It's just weird cause it's almost like two modes in a comp or something cause some times i can turn the car off and restart it and it runs fine for couple of minutes but i now have a brand new a9l and mass air meter. I know it's not a problem with the conversion cause it's the same problem as before my car just idles right when it's running good cause of the conversion. I'm so lost guys please help I've been batteling this shit for 6 months. Maybe a coolant temp sensor, or cause i have a 160 tstat. Fuck i don't know

not to jack your thread, but mine has been doing the EXACT same thing recently! i was getting a code 91, which led back to my HEGO. computer is telling me O2 sensors as well...
Does your problem go away after you've been driving for a few minutes? once my 180 degree t-stat opens up it seems to stop the popping and power surges. let me know what your codes are and what you end up doing, i'm getting the same thing here and my fuel mileage has suffered from it as well.

coolant temp sensor for the computer. The one mounted in the black metal coolant tube.

Replace it.
