noise after blaster coil install?

I installed a blaster coil in my 88 and I get this buzzing noise coming from the area around the coil. Is this normal? I've read to get a rubber grommit for it but why is it so noisy?

Ahh ok. Well I realized I got a Street Fire coil which I read is a stock replacement so I returned it. Thanks though.
