Air pump Supercharger

Ok so i ran into this guy that said you can re route the air pump passages and hoses into your intake and make like 3psi boost i have never heard of this done but i would think for that little bit of power you could just delete it and make the same and save some weight. So has anyone ever heard of or done this????

I believe your friend has watched Fast and Furious too many times.

I could be wrong though so if you pull it off, you will gain approx. 15 horsepower @ 3 psi... but beware of danger to the manifold.

Probably not. The output side of the air pump is about 3/4". You will never move enough air thru that to gain any horsepower. You will lose horsepower because it will create a restriction.

Not much, maybe 5 or so. A/C doesn't draw power when its turned off. Power Steering doesn't draw as much power when you are going straight as it does when you are turning.
