I didn't set voltage on the tps to .98 but i dont see the point to be honest since it idles like the other tb that was set at .98.

I'm seriously stumped. I'm making good vacuum at idle so idk.

Also while I was under I noticed my fpr guage was reading around 30pi, but it was vibrating so much I couldn't get a good reading. Well I got it to stop vibrating. 30 PSIII wtf. Thats why i'm mid 12's at wot. Turned it up to 39psi and I'm at 10.0 wot again. So no boosting until I get my smaller pulley and a retune.

But is there anyway to switch the throttle stuff off my stock tb to my 76mm. I'm nervouse of dynoing and losing alot of power on the stock tb.
Switching parts to your other throttle body is not going help the problem. The reason why the pedal was stiff was due to airflow thru the throttle body. I bet the throttle body is smooth thru the entire travel now that it is off the car. Putting another big throttle body on is going to more than likely cause the same problem. I've seen it many times. It has to do with airflow and vacuum at little to know throttle opening. I don't know the exact reason behind it but I know it happens with big throttle bodies. I think it is probably related to cubic inches or airflow requirements of the engine. It seems that when I've experienced this issue it has been when the throttle body was too big for the application and over 75mm. I've run as big as 90mm on a 347 and that was smooth as silk but that engine made alot of horsepower.

If anyone has one I'll trade a pmas 80mm maf, and I have a bunch of stock parts lieing around I'll trade for.
Can you try that PMAS on your car? Does your chip have the injector size change accounted for? The factory mass air meter you have isn't calibrated for any injector. There is actually no relationship between the injectors and mass air meters. Aftermarket companies just use the mass air meters to fool the computer in order to run different injectors without a tune. If there was no correction added when you got your tune, that will be a problem. Also, check the TPS voltage. That can have an effect on idle.

Well if what you say is true, I ran the 75 or 76 whatever mm it is with my 76mm c&l all motor for months. It drove smoothe as butter as far as the pedals concerned. As well as what you said it should have only gotten smoother since I eventually put the blower on and added an aditional 100 plus rwhhp. Or am I wrong with that concept? Either way the notchy pedal wasn't always there when I first got the blower on with the bigger tb... it drove pretty nice actually.

The pmas is for 30lb injectors and I have 42lbers in so thats a no go. And I know the tps voltage helps idle, but I didn't evne set voltage on the tps with the stock tps and it idles 100% the same way the bigger tb did when it was at .98 volts.
