buying used gears got a few questions...

I was just going to say that. Heck, a lot of the time I take off in 2nd and I've got a sick engine and 3.73's. If my engine were healthy with the gears I have I could probably take off in 3rd if I wanted too. With the gears in the trans that these cars have 3.73's are generally more then enough and sometimes too much for a daily driver especially if you'll be on the freeway at all. I wish I could get a set of 3.55's in place of my 3.73's, that way I could get more use out of 1st gear and maybe get on the freeway from time to time. It's your car, do what ya' want but I'd go with a higher gear(lower number) if it were me.

I do 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th. 1st only lasts like 2 seconds though lol
