I'm not the man, so I'm not saying that like I'm 100 percent. But logically adding 10psi of fuel pressure seems like it would do what happened.

It was decent enough. Then I started seeing 12.7 at wot, and it would go lean during cruising if I was to low in a gear and pop occasionly and hesitate. So I was doing tb work when I noticed my fuel pressure was at 30 psi. All the retuning he did was based off of 40psi plus. So Since I had all this missing fuel it in the end went lean. I cranked it up to 40, and had to put the stock tb on, and now under cruising it drives smooth as butter, never goes lean, but ovbiously my wot is 10.000 and off the guage from so much fuel.
You need to have it retuned. Turning the fuel pressure up is just band aiding the problem and probably related to some of your other driveability problems.

Ohh I agree 100% percen't. But since it has good air to fuel ration under normal driving conditions I will drive it like this for a while. I won't boost it again until I get this throttle body situation figured out, and I'm saving for a smaller pulley to make some more power. So when I retune for more power she will be back up to par. Btw darrel do you think I shouldj ust get a new tb then? And if so what sieze... maybe a 70mm?

A 70mm is probably as big as you will need for your combo. Accufab makes probably the best throttle bodies on the market.
