Fuel Pump Whine...

i tried to do a search didn't really find anything that answered my question, i've been having problems since my Walbro pump was installed, with it whining it only whines on really hot days, on cool days its fine and never makes noise other than when its priming before it starts which i know all of them will do. But when its hot outside you can hear the pump whining when you're sitting still. Any idea on what this could be??, the car doesn't have any problem with starting what so ever, and runs fine...but the pump will whine only on hot days any ideas??

Yeah, when I had tailpipes on I could hear the pump from the drivers seat. My hatch is gutted pretty much and I just have a layer of the cheap roll carpet from walmart in my car. With my dumps I can't hear shit though haha.
